The purpose of this research is for examining and analyzing empirically the impact of taxpayer trust, tax understanding, trust in goverment and social environment to the motor vehicle taxpayer allegiance level who pay their tax obligations at the Tugumulyo Samsat Joint Office, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Data type used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the motor vehicle taxpayer who have paid tax payments. Sampling was carried out by using accidental sampling with total sample of 76 respondents who paid taxes to Samsat Tugumolyo. The outcomes of this research shows that taxpayer awareness, tax understanding, and social environment effect to the motor vehichle taxpayer allegiance and trust in goverment does not effect to the motor vehicle taxpayer allegiance level. The limitation of this research is using limited variable. Further research is recommended to enhance more variables in order to show maximum outcomes.
