PENGARUH ATRIBUT PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SMARTPHONE IPHONE PADA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA KAMPUS PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the influence of product attributes, product quality, product features, and product design on iPhone Smartphone purchasing decisions for Students of the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University Palembang Campus. The research method used is a quantitative causal-comparative design method. The sampling technique used in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. This research data collection technique uses a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis tools of this research are simultaneous tests, partial tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of the research that has been conducted, show that product quality, product features, and product design simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on the decision to purchase a smartphone for students of the Faculty of Economics Sriwijaya University Palembang Campus.
