PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN PADA PT. MUSI HUTAN PERSADA.
This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention at PT. Musi Hutan Persada. The sample in this study amounted to 93 employees of PT. Musi Hutan Persada were determined using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The research uses quantitative methods and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques assisted by the SPSS program. Results Based on the analysis obtained that partially the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Work environment and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention.
