This study aims to examine the influence of extrinsic motivation on the performance of nurses in RSUD Siti Fatimah, South Sumatera Province. The data that used on this study is primary data, with 68 nurses as a sample, using cluster sampling method. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with a simple regression analysis tool. The results of this study are that Extrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant influence on nurse performance. It is recommended for the hospital to provide a salary increase in accordance with the provincial minimum wage so that the nurse's performance is maintained and does not decrease
