DESAIN MODEL DYNAMIC SPECTRUM PADA JARINGAN FAIR DSL-LTE MULTIPLE QUALITY OF SERVICE BERDASARKAN FUNGSI UTILITAS QUASI-LINIER
This study aims to form a fair network-based Cloud Radio Access Network (C-RAN) model with the addition of Quasi-Linear utility functions and optimization of consumer problems on bandwidth consumption with 3 flat-fee, usage-based, and two-part tariff financing schemes. The data in this study uses traffic data which is divided into 2, namely incoming data (inbound) and data out (outbound). The data is then divided into peak hours and non-peak hours, where traffic data for peak hours starts at 07.00 WIB and ends at 18.59 WIB and traffic data for off-peak hours starts at 19.00 WIB and ends at 06.59 WIB. This study also used sensitivity analysis. Based on the results of the comparison in each model, the optimal solution of large objective values is obtained in the C-RAN model, with the addition of fair network variables and quasi-linear utility functions with a type of two-part tariff financing with an objective value of completed in 25 iterations.
