Sembilang National Park area was chosen as the research location because of its potential as an effective fishing area and potential as a spawning and breeding place for larvae and juveniles of fish. The purpose of this study was to determine the types, abundance, community structure and the relationship between the abundance of larvae and juveniles of fish to environmental parameters found in the waters of Sembilang National Park. This research was carried out in November 2022 in the waters of Sembilang National Park, Banyuasin regency, South Sumatra province. Identification of samples was carried out in the Laboratory of Ecology Department of Biology,University of Sriwijaya. The method used is Purposive Sampling at each observation location using bonggo net. At each station also measured environmental parameters such as temperature, salinity, brightness, pH, dissolved oxygen, current velocity. The data obtained were analyzed using Microsoft Excel software and Principal Component Analysis (Principle Component Analysis) which was processed with the help of XLSTAT software. The abundance of fish larvae ranged from 1845- 79253 ind/1000m³ while fish juveniles ranged from 6-138 ind/1000m³. The average values of larval Diversity Index (0.69-2.24) and juvenile (0.39-1.33) are included in the low-medium category; larval uniformity index (0.73-0.99) and juvenile (0.57-0.99) are included in the high category; dominance index in general in larvae (0.14-0.51) indicates the absence of dominating species and juvenile (0.28-0.77) indicates a balanced state of the community.
