The thesis which has the title: Analysis of the Procedures for the Implementation of the Rights of Correctional Asssisted Residents Based on Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections , due to the existence of this law, the author has the curiosity to examine the arrangements for the rights of inmates of correctional institutions along with the procedures for implementing them based on the law, then there are problems that need to be discussed in this thesis, namely how to renew the conditions for convicts and children assisted prisoners to obtain their rights as inmates based on Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections? and what are the procedures for implementing the rights of inmates of correctional facilities based on Law Number 22 of 2022, this research is a law research normative which are using Statue Approach and Conseptual Aprroach. The results of this study conclude that Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections further reinforces the arrangements regarding rights and conditions for obtaining conditional rights for convicts and assisted children. criminal offenses and related to setting procedures for the exercise of rights regarding convicts can be explained in Government Regulation Number 32 of 1999 concerning Requirements and Procedures for the Implementation of the Rights of Correctional Families as temporary implementing regulations.
