IDENTIFIKASI KARAKTERISTIK PERSEBARAN RESERVOIR MENGGUNAKAN ATRIBUT SEISMIK PADA LAPANGAN “X”, FORMASI TALANG AKAR, CEKUNGAN SUMATERA SELATAN
The “X” field is a research area located in the South Sumatra Basin. The target zone is located in the Talang Akar Formation which is dominated by sandstone reservoirs. This mapping aims to determine the distribution pattern of sandstone reservoirs by analyzing seismic attributes of Root Mean Square amplitude attributes and instantaneous frequency attributes using Post Stack Time Migration 3D seismic data, log data, checkshot and 3 control wells for formation and depth. The characteristics of the reservoir distribution pattern based on the Root Mean Square amplitude attribute map are Southeast oriented with a red - yellow color scale (20000 - 22000), namely high amplitude values and at the instantaneous frequency attribute are Northwest oriented with a yellow - green color scale (-6.00 Hz - 0.00 Hz), namely low frequency. The area for drilling a new well is at a depth of 1572 m (MD domain) based on well history, is an elevated area, there are many faults and closures. Keywords: attributes, Root Mean Square, instantaneous frequency, sandstone reservoirs
