ANALISIS TINGKAT KONSENTRASI DAN EFISIENSI PADA INDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN SUSU SEGAR DAN KRIM (ISIC 1051) DI INDONESIA.
The fresh milk and cream processing industry is one of the industries that has a big effort to increase the variety of balanced nutritional nutrition. The increasing demand for fresh milk has made consumption from the community soar in line with the rapid population growth. The industry will rationally produce at minimum cost to achieve a high level of efficiency. Efficiency is also closely related to industry concentration as a measurable variable. This study aims to see the effect of concentration ratio on efficiency. Concentration ratio were analyzed using Concentration Ratio/CR4 and efficiency was analyzed using SFA (Stochastic Frontier Analysis). The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from BPS (Central Statistics Agency) Indonesia in 2001-2019. The analysis technique used is to use simple linear regression. The results showed that the concentration ratio reached an average of 77.25 percent, this means that the classified fresh milk and cream processing industry has a full oligopoly market structure. The average efficiency level reaches 0.75 which indicates that the fresh milk and cream processing industry has not been technically efficient. Simple regression results show that the concentration ratio has a negative and significant effect on efficiency by 1.15 which means that if the concentration ratio decreases by 1 percent, the efficiency level will increase by 1.15 percent.
