Objectives in this study know the capital expenditure and the number of mobile phone use on economic growth sector. Information and communication province of sumatera. The data to research is value regional gross domestic product Sector information and communication, information and communication sector capital expenditure, and the use of mobile phone year 2016 - 2020 every province on the island of Sumatera. The result of the research indicated that capital expenditure no significant links on the economic development of information and communication sector. The number of cell phone users significant links on the economic development of information and communication sector.
