DAMPAK PENGELUARAN PEMERINTAH SEKTOR PENDIDIKAN DAN SEKTOR KESEHATAN TERHADAP HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX (HDI) DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI 4 NEGARA ASEAN.
This study aims to examine the effect of government spending in the education and health sectors on the human development index and economic growth in 4 ASEAN countries. Using secondary data in the 2010-2019 period. The analysis utilized is panel data regression using Fixed Effect Model and Common Effect Model. (1) Based on F-test show jointly government spending on education and health have a significant effect on human development index and economic growth. (2) The results indicate that government spending on education sector has no significant effect on human development index and economic growth. (3) Government spending on health sector significant effect on human development index. (4) However, government spending in the health sector has a negative effect on economic growth.
