This study aims to determine the cost structure, efficiency and competitiveness in the Indonesian apparel industry (ISIC 141). In this study, the data used were secondary data which included raw material costs, labor costs, energy costs, efficiency and exports of apparel with an observation period of 2016-2020. The analytical technique used is descriptive qualitative using the efficiency calculation method and RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) calculation. The results showed that the average value of efficiency in the observation period of the apparel industry in Indonesia (ISIC 141) was 1.79 per year. The results of calculating the competitiveness of the Indonesian apparel industry reached a value of >1 with an average RCA value of 4.21 per year.
