ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF THE PEOPLE'S BUSINESS CREDIT SUBSIDY PROGRAM ON INCREASING MSME PROFIT IN THE CITY OF PALEMBANG By: M. Doni Tri Utomo, Didik Susetyo, Anna Yulianita The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the People's Business Credit (KUR) subsidy program on increasing MSME profits in the city of Palembang. The population in this study were MSMEs in Palembang City who received KUR, the sample size in this study were 54 MSME actors in Palembang City. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires to 54 MSME actors in the city of Palembang. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the use of funds has a positive and significant effect on increasing MSME profits, while credit burdens have a negative and significant impact on increasing MSME profits in Palembang City.
