PLANNING ANALYSIS OF BORED PILE FOUNDATION ON BOX UNDERPASSBOX UNDERPASS (CASE STUDY OF TRANS SUMATERA TOLL ROAD SP. INDRALAYA PRABUMULIH STA 5+362) Cindy Indriani1 , Ratna Dewi2 1 Jurusan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Sriwijaya 2 Dosen Jurusan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Sriwijaya (Jl. Raya Prabumulih - Km 32 Indralaya, Ogan Ilir, Sumsel) 1)Korespondensi Penulis: cindyindrianindryn@gmail.com Abstrak In the implementation of a construction the most important thing to note is the structure of the construction itself. A construction whose work floor or subgrade does not have sufficient bearing capacity to carry the load or the soil has a depth deep enough to reach the permitted soil to support the construction above it, then pile foundations are usually used. The purpose of this study was to determine the carrying capacity of single piles or groups by using bored pile foundation planning which must be able to support the load to a predetermined safety limit. The analysis carried out was planning the bored pile foundation, so that from the planning the dimensions and number of bored pile points were obtained. Pile foundation planning is calculated manually using the Reese and Wright method and in accordance with established regulations. The calculation stage begins with structural planning information, the forces acting on the foundation, determining the dimensions of the pile, calculating the number of foundation piles, pile group efficiency, bored pile reinforcement, determining pile cap thickness and pile cap reinforcement. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the number of bored pile foundations D60 cm was 70 piles with a concrete quality of 65 Mpa and D70 cm, the number of piles obtained was 60 piles with a concrete quality of 45 MPa. From the 2 alternative diameters of the bored pile, a diameter of 70 cm is taken with a total of 60 piles with a reinforcement specification of 20D38 and the stirrup used is d 12- 175 mm using SF or a safety factor of 2 in one pile group. This is based on the fact that the quality of the concrete used is smaller than the diameter of 60 cm, which means that the capacity of the material used will be smaller and the volume of make-up of the number of poles used is less so that it can save processing time and contraction costs incurred.
