The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of Islamic financial literacy on the relationship between religiosity and the intention to use Islamic banking in undergraduate students at Sriwijaya University. This study used a proportional random sampling technique. Closed questionnaires were distributed to 100 undergraduate students at Sriwijaya University, South Sumatra, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of the study showed that religiosity had a significant direct effect on the intention to use Islamic banking. In addition, Islamic financial literacy partially mediated the effect of religiosity on the intention to use Islamic banking.
