ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK PARKIR DI RUMAH SAKIT PUSRI KOTA PALEMBANG, SUMATRA SELATAN

PUSRI Hospital has collaborated with Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial or BPJS since 2014 so that the number of patients and visitors who come is increasing. From the results of the data provided by the parking manager at PUSRI Hospital Palembang from July 18 2022 to July 24 2022, it was found that the highest number of visitors was on Monday with a total of 801 visitors. From the data above, it can be concluded that during rush hours when the number of visitors increases significantly, the parking area is not able to accommodate all the vehicles that will be parked. Based on the results of research conducted at the PUSRI Hospital in Palembang City, it can be concluded that the highest accumulation of cars and motorcycles was on Mondays with 41 vehicles for cars and 81 vehicles for motorcycles. From the analysis, car parking index is 107.89% and the motorcycle parking index is 108%. Meanwhile, from the analysis of Ability To Pay (ATP), the average ATP is Rp. 18,882.83. Meanwhile, the average Car Willingness To Pay (WTP) is Rp. 7,359.46 and the average motorcycles Willingness To Pay (WTP) is Rp. 4,689.19. From the data results, it can be concluded that the parking index is more than 1 which indicates parking exceeds capacity during peak hours and the ability of visitors to pay for parking is bigger than the willingness of visitors to pay for parking.
