Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Debt to Asset Ratio( DAR). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), terhadap Return on Equity (ROE) pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Debt to Asset Ratio( DAR). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), terhadap Return on Equity (ROE). Pengambilan sampel digunakan dengan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio (CR),Quick Ratio (QR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Equity (ROE) sedangakan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Equity (ROE) pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
