This study aimed to assess the effect Influence Program Health, Safety (K3) on Productivity Employees at Pt. Plantation Nusantara (Ptpn) Vii Regency Of Cinta. The population of this study were all employees, totaling 37 people. The sampling method in this study uses a saturated sampling method (census) where all the population is a sample so that the sample of this study is 37 people This study uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Results from this study is the Program of Health, Safety (K3) positive and significant impact on employee productivity. For the Board of Commissioners of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) VII Cinta Manis District, to always evaluate the Company's Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Program so that it will support increasing work productivity at PT.
