ANALISA PENGARUH KERAPATAN TANAMAN TERHADAP KINERJA CONSTRUCTED WETLAND PADA PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH GREYWATER PERUMAHAN
The application of an eco-drainage system is a drainage management system in urban areas in a sustainable manner by taking into account environmental conditions, this system as a solution to rainwater and wastewater runoff that can reduce pollutant parameters that will enter final disposal. Constructed wetland is an eco-drainage application, with the aim of improving water quality, water quantity, water conservation, and also creating beauty, aesthetics and friendliness. The initial condition of the waste found in the postal hallway housing, Palembang City, has a level of waste that is still far from the quality standard, namely, the results of BOD are 93 Mg/L, COD are 990.5 Mg/L, TSS are 93 Mg/L, temperature of 28.9°C and water pH of 9.6. Dwelling time and plant density are very influential in reducing waste levels using artificial wetlands, at a plant density of 13 plants/m2, pollutant levels drop well, for BOD levels which were initially 990 Mg/L decreased to 42.17 Mg/L, then levels of BOD decreased to 42.17 Mg/L. COD which was originally 794.4 to 114.1 Mg/L, then the TSS content was initially 93 Mg/L to 20 Mg/L, and pH from 9.6 to 7.6, at a density of 21 plants/m2, The initial BOD of 990 Mg/L dropped to 29.73 Mg/L, then the COD level which was originally 794.4 became 98.4 Mg/L. then seen the TSS content which was originally 93 Mg/L to 13.6 Mg/L, and pH from 9.6 to 7.2, then based on this laboratory result the application of CW can reduce pollutant levels. Then the plan that will be made is the planned equalization basin with a size of 2 m x 2 m x 1 m and an artificial wetland bath measuring 3.5 m x 1.5 m x 1 m in the housing.
