PERANCANGAN SISTEM INSTRUMENTASI PENGUKURAN DAN PEMANTAUAN TINGKAT KEBISINGAN BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS MENGGUNAKAN MIKROKONTROLER ESP32
Noise pollution is sound that is intrusive and has the potential to impact human physical and psychological health negatively. Noise measurement and monitoring are essential to assess exposure levels and take mitigation measures against noise pollution. This research aims to design an Internet of Things (IoT)-based noise measurement and monitoring system. The research method includes literature study, tool design, characteristic testing, and data analysis of test results. The design uses a GY-MAX4466 sound sensor connected to a NodeMCU ESP32 microcontroller to send data to Google Sheets. The test results of the GY-MAX4466 sensor characteristics show an average accuracy of 97.24% and an average precision of 98.18%. Overall, this noise measurement and monitoring instrumentation system has successfully functioned properly and successfully sends measurement data to Google Sheets.
