The world competitive market places demands on all companies to compete so that each company excels in its respective field from other company competitors. The world economy directs competition to become more stringent for every company, such as innovation, creativity, production quality, marketing, service and others. This research is a qualitative descriptive research by making observations and critical investigations to find out and get information as clear as possible on problems with certain objects in a group or community area without any treatment of the object under study, namely as a means for management audits to assess the effectiveness of resource functions. human at PT. Glora Optima Lautan DamaidiPT. Glora Optima Lautan Damai (GOLD) which includes 9 (nine) aspects of the human resources (HR) function that have been studied, namely: 6 (six) that have been running effectively, namely the functions of employee selection and placement, employee training and development, employee performance appraisal, remuneration compensation, employee safety and health, termination of employment (PHK). However, there are 3 (three) human resource function activities, namely workforce recruitment, human resource planning, and career development planning.
