Indonesian is one of the countries that often experience earthquakes, therefore building planning that is resistant to earthquake loads is needed. The building structure material that has a high level of ductility in withstanding earthquake loads is steel. The steel frame system with eccentric braced has advantages over other systems. An eccentric frame system with a split k configuration was chosen because it has the highest level of ductility compared to other configurations because there is an additional element, namely the link. The earthquake load analysis method used is time history method. The purpose of this study is to obtain an eccentric steel frame system with a link type that is better at withstanding earthquake loads. The calculation of this earthquake-resistant structure was assisted using the Etabs V.18 application with the calculation of wind loads imputed. The result of this study, that the steel frame system with eccentric braced in split k configuration using shear link 1 m long was better with a flexural link with an drift value of 3,789 mm
