The content in kaffir lime leaf essential oil is proven to have antibacterial properties that can inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria that cause body odor. The purpose of this study was to make a deodorant lotion from the active ingredient kaffir lime leaf essential oil and to perform antibacterial testing against Staphylococcus aureus. Deodorant lotion made with different concentrations of kaffir lime leaf essential oil 0%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2% with a combination of preservatives methyl paraben and propyl paraben. Deodorant lotion was tested for physical properties (organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, viscosity, spreadability, adhesion, stability and irritation) as well as testing for bacterial inhibition using the well-diffusion method. Data analysis was performed to obtain the best deodorant lotion formula. The best formula for deodorant lotion preparation is in formula 2 with a concentration of 1.5% kaffir lime leaf essential oil which has a thick white texture with a characteristic odor of kaffir lime leaves, homogeneous and has a preparation pH of 6.15, viscosity of 6,466.66 cps, potency spread of 5.64 cm, adhesion of 17.81 seconds, good stability, not irritating, and showed an inhibition zone diameter of 11.20 mm. The MIC values of kaffir lime leaf essential oil lotion deodorant and pure kaffir lime leaf essential oil were at concentrations of 625 ppm and 1,250 ppm, respectively. The KBM values were at concentrations of 1.250 ppm and 2500 ppm respectively. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the greater the concentration of kaffir lime leaf essential oil causes the pH to rise, the viscosity to decrease, the spreading power to increase, the adhesive power to decrease, and the inhibition of bacteria to become stronger which indicates a significant difference (p
