Tank truck that modified cffected to unbalances that makes tank truck. Falling down on the road and traflic jam becomes where the emissions produced more and increases air pollutions. The troubles are how much C02 emissions that produced by motor vehieles on that road and how much C02 emissions if mitigation is done. The formulas that used are KAYA decomposition analysis and IPCC 2006. Analysis C02 emissions result of motor vehieles and tank truck are 38494,64 and 5580,40 ton/ year. C02 emissions by IPCC 2006 are 137868.89 and 11844.25 ton /year. C02 emissions in 2020* after mitigationed is 228064.45 ton/year.
