Six Sigma is a practical method that can help in detail in improving a product or service quality. This method has a series of systems to be used in improving service or product quality, one of which is DMAIC. Community service performance needs to be properly evaluated to improve service quality. Good quality service makes community service at a high level. The results of the implementation of Six Sigma to assess the performance of community services, the UPTD Betung Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency, still has services that are not optimal. These results were obtained from the results of respondents who had filled out the questionnaire. Community services at the Betung Health Center have less than optimal service with a 0 sigma level and the highest rating on the assessment attribute is 71%. Community services at the UPTD Betung Health Center in Ogan Ilir Regency need to be evaluated to take good actions to create good community services.
