ANALISA KESTABILAN TRANSIENT MENGGUNAKAN METODE WAKTU PEMUTUSAN KRITIS DI PT. PERTAMINA REFINERY UNIT III PALEMBANG, SUMATERA SELATAN
The stability or stability of an electric power system is the ability to maintain the electrical system or its components in a stable state. PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit III in the process of providing electricity is carried out independently to minimize unavoidable disturbances such as blackouts that can cause losses to PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit III itself. This final project was made with the aim of analyzing the stability of the transient system in PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit III with the critical cut-off time method. From the simulation results of ETAP 12.6 using the critical disconnection time method, there is a difference when a fault occurs by calculating the critical disconnection time and when a disturbance occurs without analyzing the critical disconnection time. The amount of load on the bus affects the total time the system returns to stable from the state when the disturbance occurs, for example, when after experiencing a disturbance on the SWGR-A1 bus the system returns to stability at 01.902s second when the disturbance occurs at 01.00s and when the disturbance occurs on the SWGR-A2 bus, with a disturbance at the 02.00s second and stable again at the 02.608s second.
