This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Tanjung Api-Api. In this study, the sample used was 60 people (from the HRD (Human Resource Development) and Marketing divisions). This research used primary data to collect data, namely by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis with the SPPS 25 application. Results shows that in this study, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count of 8.302 > t-table of 2.001 with a coefficient of determination of 0.543
