This study aims to determine the effect of Supervision on Work Productivity of Oil Palm Harvesting Employees at PT Samora Usaha Jaya Tulung Selapan District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The data collection method used in this study used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The data obtained were tested with validity test, reliability test, Successive Interval Method (MSI), simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination analysis (R2) and t-test. The data analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) release 28 program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that supervision has an effect on work productivity of oil palm harvesting employees at PT Samora Usaha Jaya Tulung Selapan District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency.
