This study aims to determine how the effect of employee work placement on the performance of the employees of the South Sumatra Light Rail Management Center. The population in this study amounted to 70 people. The sampling method used in this study used a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire. This study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the placement of employees has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the South Sumatra Light Rail Management Center.
