PENGARUH REKRUTMEN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA TOYOTA AUTO 2000 VETERAN PALEMBANG.
This study aims to examine the effect on employee performance recruitment and training at Toyota AUTO 2000 Veteran Palembang. This research uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with the number of respondents as many as 54 employees ofToyota AUTO 2000 Veterans Palembang. Statements were given using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The results of the analysisin thisstudy indicate that recruitment has no significant effect on employee performance with t count < t table which is 1.291 < 2.006. While the training variablehas a significant effect on employee performance with a value of t count > t table, which is 16,058 > 2,006 and the results of data processing jointly between recruitment and training on employee performance have a significant effect with the F table value of 0.275 with a significant lever of 0.000 which is smaller than the error rate of 0.05.
