This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the work effectiviness of civil servants in Paldam II/Swj Palembang Office. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total of 90 employees of civil servants in Paldam II/Swj Palembang Office. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness of civil servants in Paldam II/Swj Palembang Office.
