PENERAPAN METODE TECHNIQUE FOR ORDER PREFERENCE BY SIMILARITY TO IDEAL SOLUTION, SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING, DAN WEIGHT PRODUCT PADA FUZZY SET COVERING PROBLEM DALAM PENENTUAN LOKASI OPTIMAL UNIT GAWAT DARURAT DI KOTA PALEMBANG.
This study discusses one of the optimization problems, namely determining the optimal location of hospitals that have Emergency Department (ER) facilities in Palembang City by applying the Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), and Weight Product (WP) methods in the Fuzzy Set Covering Problem. In this study, there were seven criteria, namely the distance from the sub-district to the Emergency Department (ER), the travel time from the sub-district to the ER, the class of hospitals that have the ER, the number of general practitioners in the hospital, the number of nurses in the hospital, the number of pharmaceuticals in the hospital, and the cost of public transportation to the ER. The methods used are TOPSIS, SAW, and WP on the Fuzzy SCP Model. In this study, it can be seen that the most relevant method in this case is the SAW method, where the recommendation for the optimal location of hospitals that have ER facilities for the public to visit is Ar-Rasyid Hospital, YK Madira Hospital, Palembang Lung Hospital, Sriwijaya Palembang Hospital, Mama Palembang Hospital, Marissa Palembang Hospital, Trinanda Hospital.
