ANALISIS TINGKAT UPAH PEKERJA DI RUMAH MAKAN A'LA CARTE KOTA PALEMBANG.
this study aims to analyze the effect of working hours, work experience, education level, area of origin and type of work on the level of wages of workers in A'la Carte restaurants in Palembang. The date used are primary data as many as 100 respondents who work in A'la Carte restaurants in the city of Palembang. The results of this study indicate that the variabels of work experience and regional origin have a significant effect on the level of wages. While the variables of education level, type of work and hours of work did not have a significant effect but became the most dominant variable in influencing the level of wages of workers in A'la Carte restaurant in Palembang city.
