Zakat is a way out that can be used to increase income, with a productive zakat program in the city of Palembang that the funds given are not only consumed but used for production can help improve the economic conditions of productive zakat recipients. But in its management socio-economic variables have an influence. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of socio-economic variables on the economic income of productive zakat recipients in the city of Palembang. This study used logistic regression analysis. The results obtained in this study; (1) there is a difference in income before and after receiving productive zakat, (2) socio-economic variables namely, age, education, and time period of receiving zakat funds have a significant effect in terms of the prob value 0.10.
