PT Bima Putra Abadi Citranusa produces coal under the Bima-48 brand in an effort to meet consumer needs. Coal produced must be in accordance with consumer demand with agreed product specifications. Problems that arise from coal quality are changes in coal quality parameters caused by several mining activities so that this will affect the coal benchmark price (HPB). The problem was solved through a study that has the aim of analyzing changes in coal quality parameters on the mining front and stockpile, knowing the factors that influence changes in coal quality parameters on the mining front and stockpile, knowing how to maintain the coal quality of PT Bima Putra Abadi Citranusa, and knowing the effect of changes in coal quality coal quality parameters to coal benchmark prices. The research method used is to combine theory with data taken from direct field observations. The results of this study are that there is a significant change in the ash content parameter, which has increased by 3.72%.adb and gross calorific value has decreased by 227 kcal/kg.ar. This happened due to several factors, namely the coal loading process, coal transportation process, mine drainage, coal grain size that was not uniform due to the handling process. The recommended efforts to control changes in coal quality parameters are improving coordination, communication and supervision between all parties in the field, especially when carrying out coal getting activities, regularly watering roads and paying attention to the implementation of the FIFO (first in first out) management system. After analyzing the effect of changes in coal quality on the HPB, the HPB obtained is 60,812 US$/ton.
