MODEL FUZZY ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY DENGAN KETIDAKPASTIAN PARAMETER PERMINTAAN PADA SISTEM PERSEDIAAN PRODUK PANGAN
Demand uncertainty can occur in inventory management. This can lead to difficulties in carrying out inventory planning. If ordering too few food products ,there will be a shortage of supplies, whereas if the order for food products is too large, there will be a lot of unused supplies. This study aims to determine the optimal rice order size at Perum BULOG Divre Sumsel and Babel by applying the fuzzy economic order quantity model with fuzzy parameters. Based on the calculation results, the optimal order size using the fuzzy Economic Order Quantity model is 20947.66 tons per year.
