One of the constituent components of organic matter in the waters is phosphate and nitrate. Sediment is a place for the accumulation of various chemical compounds, including organic carbon, phosphate and nitrate orginating from waters or inputs from land. This study aims to analyze the content of total organic carbon, phosphate and nitrate and determine the relationship between sediment texture and total organic carbon, phosphate and nitrate in Ketapang waters, South Lampung. This research was carried out from June to August 2022. the results showed that the value of the total organic carbon content in the sediments in Ketapang waters, south Lampung ranged from 1.77-10.4%, the value of the phosphate content ranged from 6-12mg/kg and the value of nitrate content ranges from 1.3-5.4 mg/kg. The relationship between sediment and total organic carbon has positive correlation value (0.126), as wll as phosphate (0.397) and nitrate (0.119)
