This study aims to determine the effect of job training on the performance of employees of the production division of PT. Sinar South Bengkulu. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of the production division using saturated sampling so that the sample in this study was the entire population of production employees, amounting to 80 respondents. The data collection method used in the study was obtained from a questionnaire. The analytical technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis (t test), it was concluded that job training had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the production division of PT. Sinar South Bengkulu.
