PENENTUAN LOKASI OPTIMAL RUMAH SAKIT DI SETIAP KECAMATAN DI KOTA PALEMBANG MENGGUNAKAN MODEL FUZZY DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS DAN TECHNIQUE FOR ORDER PERFORMANCE BY SIMILARITY TO IDEAL SOLUTION
This study discusses determining the optimal location of hospitals that have emergency room facilities in Palembang City on the fuzzy Set Covering Problem (SCP) model with two decision-making methods, namely the Technique for Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. The TOPSIS and AHP methods on the fuzzy SCP model are used to solve decision-making problems based on certain criteria. After that, a comparative analysis of the results of the two methods will be carried out. There are 7 criteria used in this study, namely the distance and travel time from each sub-district in Palembang City to the hospital emergency room, hospital class, the number of general practitioners in the hospital, the cost of public transportation from the sub-district to the hospital emergency room, the number of nurses in the hospital, and the number of environmental sanitation in the hospital. The results of this study obtained several optimal hospitals that vary in each sub-district based on the TOPSIS and AHP methods. From these results, the hospital that is the most optimal location of the hospital is the Muhammad Hoesin General Hospital.
