Islamic Elementary School is one of the formal educational institutions that becomes a gathering place for students and school residents in teaching and learning activities. The reopening of education units through Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTM) must be accompanied by readiness from schools to provide proper sanitation facilities and implement strict health protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 and other diseases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the condition of environmental sanitation facilities according Kepmenkes RI No. 1429/Menkes/SK/XII/2006 and health protocols for preventing COVID-19 at Islamic Elementary School in limited face-to-face learning (PTM) during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research used descriptive design with a qualitative method approach. Information was obtained through in-depth interviews and observations. There were 24 informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used content analysis. Validity test used through triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this study stated that the condition of the facilities for providing clean water in all the Islamic schools studied was good but the toilet facilities were still found in dirty conditions, there were puddles of water and mosquito larvae. In SPAL, it is still found that it is open and not separated from the rainwater completion channel and does not have a control tub. Waste disposal facilities are not equipped with covers and do not have TPS, limited hand washing facilities. The implementation of the Covid-19 prevention protocol has not been implemented properly because researchers see that there are still many people who do not use masks and keep their distance. The conclusion of this study is that it shows that environmental sanitation facilities and the implementation of health protocols for preventing COVID-19 in all Madrasah Ibtidaiyah are not fully in good condition and have not been implemented optimally. Suggestions from researchers for every Islamic Elementary School in the Jakabaring District studied to add, improve, and increase the cleaning schedule for existing environmental sanitation facilities and tighten supervision of the COVID�19 prevention health protocol.
