Global Warming and Climate Change cross the life literacy of the universe. This concern arises from the fact that nature is aging and its effects are starting to be hostile to humans. The impact of excessive use of water will trigger a global water crisis, or the lack of appropriate land use for reforestation which is useful for absorbing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen into the air, can affect the health level of its inhabitants. To overcome the high water use, it is necessary to conserve water.. In line with this the concept of green building considering that this concept can be a comprehensive solution to anticipate global warming, climate change, and virus spreading. The application of the green building concept in buildings also aims to maintain environmental sustainability. Efforts to apply the green building concept are contained in guidelines or standards that provide information on the actions that must be implemented to fulfill the concept. Various countries already have standards to be used as guidelines in efforts to implement the green building concept, for example, Singapore, has a Greenmark standard based on the type of office building. Meanwhile, Indonesia has a green building standard, namely greenship developed by GBCI. Therefore, in this study, an analysis of water conversion and land use was carried out on the Regional Office II Bank Mandiri building which was located at Jalan Captain A. Rivai, Palembang, Palembang City, South Sumatra. The reason for taking the Bank Mandiri Regional Office II building for research is because the building is the second tallest bank building in Palembang so that it can be a reference for evaluating water conservation and land use using Indonesian standards, namely Greenship and Singapore standards, namely Greenmark.
