EVALUASI PROGRAM INDONESIA SEHAT DENGAN PENDEKATAN KELUARGA (PIS-PK) PADA INDIKATOR JAMBAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS UJANMAS KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM.
The Healthy Indonesia Program, which is one of the five programs on the Nawa Cita agenda, aims to improve the quality of life for Indonesian people. This study aims to analyze the evaluation of the Healthy Indonesia program with the PIS-PK family approach on the latrines indicator at the Ujanmas Health Center, Muara Enim Regency. The research uses descriptive qualitative observational case studies with a purposive sampling approach through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation using data analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman's model (Reduction, Presenting, Concluding). From the results of the research in terms of input, the quality of human resources is sufficient and the quantity is inadequate, the infrastructure facilities are sufficient in number according to the required indicators, and the funds are sufficient which comes from health operational assistance. In terms of the process of home visits at the Ujanmas Health Center in the PIS-PK program, home visits have been carried out once every 3 months, information and education have been carried out across sectors and across programs, and in the recording and reporting system, it is reported every 3 months, there are 2 reports. in writing and through a data entry application. The results of the research output showed that the latrine indicator for the healthy family index still did not meet the target with a value of 0.522 in the pre-health category and there were 3 villages that did not fulfill the total coverage which affected the healthy family index value, namely in Ujanmas Lama Village, Guci Village and Muara Gula Lama Village. Researchers' suggestions for the Ujanmas Health Center It is necessary to conduct training and increase the number of health workers who are included in the PIS-PK program, optimize home visit intervention activities to accelerate the achievement of each indicator. This study did not examine the knowledge variable about PIS-PK in the informants for future researchers it is hoped that they will be able to conduct research on the knowledge variable.
