DISTRIBUSIS DOSIS RADIASI PADA SISTEM PENYINARAN PANORAMIK CS-137 MENGGUNAKAN DOSIMETER OSL (OPTICALLY STIMULATED LUMINESCENCE) DAN SURVEYMETER
Radiation dose distribution has been carried out on the Cs-137 panoramic irradiation system using an OSL dosimeter and a survey meter. This study was conducted to determine the response of the OSL dosimeter and determine the dose rate on the Cs-137 panoramic irradiation system. The method was carried out by preparing 5 groups of OSL dosimeters, each of which was 6 dosimeters installed at positions 1 to 6 and irradiated with Cs-137 gamma radiation of 0.25 mSv, 0.50 mSv, 1 mSv, 2.5 mSv, 5 mSv and control. To measure the radiation dose rate it was prepared a set of Xi surveymeter with XI view raysafe software. Personnel dose response or Hp(10) to irradiation time shows a linear curve at positions 1 to 6 with a strong correlation of 0.9985 – 0.9997. The ratio of reading dose to irradiation dose is relatively small for lower irradiation doses. For higher irradiation doses, the rasio of reading dose to irradiation dose is relatively large . The value of the dose rate on the Cs-137 panoramic irradiation system using a surveymeter shows that the highest dose rate is at position 6 with a value of 0.985 mSv/hour and the lowest dose rate is at position 3 with a value of 0.933 mSv/hour. The uncertainty value on the surveymeter tool from positions 1 to 6 it ranges from 2.0% to 3.4%.
