Flood incidents are quite common in the province of South Sumatra, especially in the metropolitan area of the city of Palembang every year. The cause of frequent flooding problems is the change in land function from wetlands in the form of swamps to dry land, this happens because the swamps are stockpiled for residential areas, shops and others. In this study, a study will be conducted to analyze the amount of runoff in pre-development, post-development and post-development conditions with the application of the PAH concept or rainwater haversting in the Griya Arisma Azhar II housing area. In this study using secondary data collection. The data collected are the maximum daily rainfall data obtained from the Kenten BMKG Station, topographic data which includes the elevation or height of the housing location and Griya Arisma Azhar II housing data which includes data on residential land area. Furthermore, these data will be used to perform simulations using the SWMM program. From the SWMM program, simulation results are obtained in the form of runoff values under conditions of pre development, post development, and using rainwater haversting.
