ANALISIS KONDISI SARANA SANITASI PADA AGEN PEMBUATAN PEMPEK SEPEDA DI KAMPUNG KAPITAN KOTA PALEMBANG.
Food poisoning cases are still a public health threat in Indonesia, so it is important to maintain food safety. This is due to the condition of sanitation facilities and contaminated food. As well as the process of making pempek which goes through several stages which can cause potential contamination. This study aims to analyze the condition of sanitation facilities at the Pempek Bike Manufacturing Agent in Kapitan Village. This study is a qualitative research with observation and in-depth methods to get a picture and analyze the condition of the sanitation facilities of Pempek Bicycle Manufacturing Agent, the number of informants in this study were 10 people (4 key informants and 6 regular informants). The results of this study indicate that the building conditions of the three agents are only very good, the supply of clean water for the three agents is quite good with the fulfillment of clean water needs, the management of waste water from only one agent is very good, the provision of trash bins for the three agents was quite good and the sanitation facilities at the three agents were still not good. The conclusion of this research is that the provision of clean water is in accordance with the physical standards of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 1096 of 2011. However, it is not yet up to standard for building conditions, waste water management, provision of trash bins and sanitation facilities because some aspects are still not good, such as the condition of the building being damaged. not sturdy enough, there is no waste water management channel, inappropriate trash cans and no hand washing facilities. Suggestions for pempek making agents are to repair their industrial buildings and provide a place for waste water management, provide suitable trash bins and provide complete sanitation facilities.
