Continuous exposure of several dust from vehicle contain (NO2, SO2, CO, TSP, and Dust) to officer in gas station may effect lung capacity. Hands, the purpose of this study was to measure the exposure of NO2, SO2, CO, TSP, Dust to the workers, to analyze the risk on worker’s health, and the correlation between concentrasion of NO2, SO2, CO, TSP, Dust and lung capacity. The research was carried by using two methods, that were EHRA (Environmental Health Risk Assessment) to estimate the risk and Epidemiological study (cross-sectional design) to analyze the correlation. The sample of the study consist of officers from 3 different gas station located in Seberang Ulu II Area Palembang City. Risk Quotien of NO2, SO2, and CO was more than 1 indicated unsafe exposure frequency of 240 days/year to the next 5.28 years. The results of bivariate analysis indicate that there was no correlation between air pollutant exposure (NO2, SO2, CO, TSP, and Dust), smoking habits, previous disease history, a history of allergies and lung capacity. The result of this study is that risk Quotien of NO2, SO2, and CO indicated unsafe, therefore risk management is needed in the form of determining the concentration of safe limits.
