Lampung is one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia which is located on the island of Sumatra. Various activities such as aquaculture and the increasing number of tourists every year have an impact on changes in environmental conditions. The aim of the study was to analyze the concentrations of ammonia, nitrate, nitrite and phosphate as well as physical parameters and to determine the pollution index found in the Ketapang Waters Area, South Lampung. The research was carried out in June 2022. Sample analysis was carried out at the Laboratory of Oceanography and Marine Instrumentation FMIPA UNSRI and the DLHP Laboratory of South Sumatra Province. The measurement results showed an average value of nitrate (1.9 mg/L), nitrite (0.040 mg/L), ammonia (0.13 mg/L) and phosphate (0.21 mg/L). Overall the Ketapang waters area is classified as moderately polluted based on pollution index analysis.
