HUBUNGAN SANITASI LINGKUNGAN DAN PERSONAL HYGIENE IBU DENGAN KEJADIAN DIARE PADA BALITA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PALEMRAYA KECAMATAN INDRALAYA UTARA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR.
Diarrhea is one of the health problems that is still widespread worldwide, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. Environmental sanitation that does not meet the requirements supported by poor personal hygiene can lead to health problems such as diarrhea. The incidence of diarrhea in children under five in the working area of the Palemraya Health Center is still relatively high. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between environmental sanitation and maternal personal hygiene with the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers (12–59 months) in the working area of the Palemraya Public Health Center, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study amounted to 126 respondents. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique with data analysis using the chi-Square test and fisher exact. The results showed that the incidence of diarrhea in children under five in the working area of the Palemraya Health Center was 42 people (33.3%).
