FORMULASI MODEL BENDERS DECOMPOSITION BI-OBJECTIVE PADA PENENTUAN LOKASI TEMPAT PENAMPUNGAN SEMENTARA SAMPAH OPTIMAL DI KECAMATAN ILIR BARAT I KOTA PALEMBANG
The increasing population density in West Ilir I District Palembang City is causing waste problems. The government's efforts in overcoming the waste problem, by providing facilities namely Temporary Waste Shelter (TPS). This study aims to determine the optimal location TPS in West Ilir I District by formulating a Set Covering Problem (SCP) model include Set Covering Location Problems (SCLP), Maximal Covering Location Problem and Benders Decomposition Bi-Objective model. West Ilir I District has 27 TPS spread across 6 sub-districts. The results of the SCP model obtained 15 optimal TPS locations in West Ilir I District Palembang City. While the Benders Decomposition Bi-Objective model produced 27 optimal waste TPS in West Ilir I District Palembang City. Based on the results that have been obtained, the study recommends a model Benders Decomposition Bi-Objective in determining the optimal location of waste TPS. This recommendation is due to the solution of the Benders Decomposition Bi-Objective model can meet all demand points in West Ilir I District.
