Gotu Kola ( Centella asiatica ) and cocoa ( Theobroma cacao L. ) one of the plants believed to have many benefits. The High antioxidant content, especially flavonoids, triterpenoids, polyphenols, saponins from gotu kola and cocoa beans are believed to increase memory or improve memory. This study aims to determine levels of flavonoids, levels of proximate characteristics of Snack bars , and to determine the error score on the effect of giving several treatment groups to improve memory using the Eight Arm Radial Arm Maze. The test animals used were male wistar rats aged 2-4 months. The test animals were divided into 6 groups consisting of the normal group given distilled water, the positive group given piracetam 500 mg/kg, the negative group was given streptozitocin 65 mg/kgBB the treatment group I was given Centella asiatica 300 mg/kg, combined with cocoa bean simplicia 280 mg/kg, the treatment group II was given 300 mg gotu kola extract. /kgBW combined cocoa bean extract 280 mg/kgBW, and the treatment group III was given Snack bars. Data were analyzed using One Way ANOVA. The total flavonoid content in gotu kola and cacao seed extracts were respectively 32.58 mgQE/g and 20.05 mgQE/g. Snack bar proximate characteristic levels obtained water content 8.48%, ash content 1.86%, protein content 8.60%, fat content 22.67%, carbohydrate content 58.38%, and calorie content 261.485%. The results of the error scores obtained were analyzed with One Way Anova and continued with Duncan 's test . measurement of memory activity in the pre test and post test showed a significant difference in each treatment (P> 0.05), measurement of memory activity also used the Paired T test, resulting in the pre test and post test in each treatment group showed a difference significant (P
